GOLD BAND AT THE AIRPORT

Being a preferred supplier means that you can find us on the rank waiting to get to get your holiday and business trip under way. But there’s more than one way to get a taxi to and from the airport!

•  Don’t want to book? Simply follow the directions in the airport to help you find your nearest taxi rank. There are two taxi ranks currently in operation at the Airport. One at each end of the terminal. The ‘Regional Lounge’ is found at the multi-level carpark end of the terminal, and the main ‘Jet Rank’ is found at the International Arrivals end of the Terminal.
•  Want the Meet and Greet service? Simply book in advance on 03 3795 795 ensuring you give all your flight details (Flight Number, Arrival Time etc.) and our call centre team will take care of the rest. Not sure when your flight is due? Click Here for the most up to date information available.
•  No Gold Band on the rank? In a rare situation that there is no Gold Band Taxi on the rank, we are the only taxi company to offer a free phone at the airport. This is situated at the far end of terminal, past the International Arrivals.
•  Or why not book online of download our app? Then you can follow the cab on your phone as it makes its way to you! Just remember to add your flight details.

Please be aware that taxis are not permitted to drop you off under the multi-level carpark or anywhere else within the Airport Complex like public vehicles are. Don’t panic though, we can drop you just as close, but it will be towards the International Arrivals end of the Terminal.
