Why have Gold Band Taxis been so quiet lately?

Well thanks for asking! We haven't been that quiet really.. Behind the scenes is where it all happens and Gold Band Taxis have been hard at work revamping the Customer Service Centre.

We just want to give a big thank you to the following contracators who assisted in making it all possible: Aotea Electric Group, Terence (The Comms Guy), Air Con Christchurch Ltd, Spencer Painters & Decorators, Adrian The Roofer, Just Water, Office Max, Nick - Mr Fix It, Ryelands Ltd, Clyne & Bennie Plumbing, Dores for Floors, The Gold Band Board of Directors and last but not least the Gold Band Taxis Customer Service Centre Team who had to be locked away in a tiny wee cupbaord during the refurbishment.

Thank you all very very much to each and every one of you. The assistance from clearing out the old and bringing in the new could never have gone so smoothly and efficiently as it did.

Taking first place in 2009 with tough competition Gold Band Taxis are proud to be nominated again for the Corporate Events Guide "Best Nationwide Transportation 2010" category for a second year in a row! If your not familiar with this event here's a brief rundown..

Potential nominees for "The People's Choice Awards" were compiled with the help of a panel of judges at The Corporate Events Guide, a leader within the corporate event industry in New Zealand. The Awards carry great prestige by enabling the New Zealand public to identify companies that have excelled in their field of expertise over the past 12 months.

Votes will be recorded throughout the year with the overall winner for each category to be announced in late October 2010.
